Volunteer Prize

Dual Band FM/C4FM HT

  • Volunteers will be eligible for a special Volunteer Prize drawing if they register through the Volunteer Sign-Up System and show up for at least one two-hour shift
  • The drawing for the Volunteer Prize will take place at the volunteer recognition event at a time and place to be announced
  • The purpose of this prize is to encourage people to volunteer at RARSfest, so RARS Board Members and members of the RARSfest Staff are not eligible.

  • Complimentary admission tickets are not eligible for any prize drawings (except that volunteers will be eligible for the Volunteer Prize as described)
  • The winner will be responsible for all costs, including taxes, associated with accepting a prize
  • Proper ID may be required to claim a prize
  • Prizes are subject to commercial availability. RARSfest reserves the right to substitute cash or prizes of roughly comparable value (in RARSfest's sole judgment) for any prizes that are not commercially available at the time of the hamfest
  • The decision of the RARSfest Chair shall be final in all matters regarding prizes.
