Sales Will Open on January 30, 2025!

General admission tickets are $10 each during the “Early Bird” Period from January 30 through March 29, 2025 and $12 each after March 29, 2025

You will be able to buy general admission tickets online using a major credit card or PayPal or by check using a mail-in form during the “Early Bird” Period.

The link to buy tickets online and the mail-in form will be available from January 30 through March 29, 2025.

We will also be selling tickets at the RARS Gathering and various other hamfests and club meetings in the area at the applicable prices above

There will be a special door prize drawn just from “Early Bird” purchases. Don't worry, though, “Early Bird” tickets will go into the big barrel for the other prize drawings

NOTE: You must register and pay before 11:59 pm ET on March 29 to be eligible for the “Early Bird” pricing and prize

If you ordered on-line or by mail during the “Early Bird” Period, then pick up your wrist band at the Will-Call Table on the day of the show. Note that we do not mail physical tickets to online purchasers. We know who you are.

Tickets will be available for purchase “at the door” for $12 each

  • On the day before the show, Friday, April 4, 2025, from noon to 6:00 pm, at the roll-up doors on the west side of the Jim Graham Building
  • On the day of the show, Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 7:30 AM (a half an hour before the doors open at 8:00 AM) to the end of the show at 3:00 PM at the main entrance to the Jim Graham Building
  • Major credit and debit cards will be accepted at the doors

Admission is complimentary for . . .

  • Attendees age 16 and under when accompanied by a paying adult
  • Anyone earning their first amateur radio license at our license exam session
  • Volunteers who sign up (and show up) for at least one shift through the Volunteer Sign-Up System

Complimentary tickets are not eligible for door prize drawings (except that Volunteers are eligible for the Volunteer Prize)
